We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking techniques and a passion for creating delicious treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings or fillings
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality standards
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is an asset
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication skills

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. The work schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
