Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community guidelines and take necessary action against any violations
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Provide support to users by addressing their concerns or questions
- Create engaging content to promote community participation
- Analyze data and create reports on community activity

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam, both written and spoken
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tactfulness
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
