Architectural Technologist
A well-established architectural firm in Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. This is a full-time position, open to Indian nationals with excellent English language skills. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold a degree in Architectural Technology.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are accurately translated into building plans. Your attention to detail and strong understanding of building codes and regulations will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop construction plans that meet client requirements
- Research and analyze building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure compliance in designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs and verify construction progress
- Review project documents for accuracy and make necessary revisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
