Chef de Cuisine
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Atlanta. This individual must have a passion for food and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and food trends.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef de cuisine or similar role
- Culinary degree or similar certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Atlanta (open to Canadians, Filipinos, and English-speaking applicants)
