Job Title: Loader for Construction Company in Las Vegas


We are in need of a reliable and hard-working Loader to join our construction team in Las Vegas. As a Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials and equipment onto trucks, as well as transporting materials around the job site. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, have experience operating heavy machinery, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate loader to load and unload materials onto trucks
- Transport materials around job site as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and understand instructions and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Bonus Skills:
- Ability to speak Tagalog or another Filipino dialect
- Prior experience in construction industry
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks
