Job Title: Kitchen Helper - Dishwasher


We are in search of a hardworking and efficient Kitchen Helper to join our team at a busy restaurant in Akron. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area. This is a full-time position with no English language requirement, suitable for candidates of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial dishwasher
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with food prep and cooking as needed
- Dispose of trash and recycling according to restaurant guidelines
- Restock supplies in the kitchen as needed
- Follow all health and safety standards for food handling and sanitation

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.
