Merchandiser for International Retail Company in Mombasa


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our international retail company in Mombasa. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are attractively displayed and well-stocked in our stores, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to understand product assortments and ensure appropriate stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and make replenishment orders as needed
- Set up displays and arrange merchandise to create an appealing shopping experience for customers
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of visual merchandising guidelines
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external vendors
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
1100$ per month

Mombasa, Kenya
