Part-time Waiter/Waitress in Muscat


We are in need of a part-time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Muscat. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or for someone who is seeking a part-time job with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues if necessary
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
