Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Mix paint colors according to specifications
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling
- Ensure a smooth and even finish on all painted surfaces
- Inspect finished work for quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive painting
- Knowledge of color mixing and matching techniques
- Ability to use various painting tools and equipment effectively
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
