Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are in need of an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with other engineers and production staff to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new production methods to increase efficiency
- Conduct time studies and determine optimal staffing levels
- Create and maintain production schedules
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance
- Collaborate with other engineers to design new equipment or modify existing equipment
- Train staff on new processes or equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in data analysis and process optimization techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CAD software preferred
