Industrial Engineer



We are in search of an experienced and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be involved in designing new production systems and implementing new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Design new production systems using advanced technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Conduct time studies to determine optimal production rates
- Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Train employees on new processes and technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Ar-Ruwais
