We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Plovdiv. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar management role. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring efficient operations. Your duties will include creating schedules, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Malayalee or Nepali cuisine would be an advantage. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$.
