Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Plovdiv is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: staff scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high quality service and consistent adherence to company standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations
- Order supplies, equipment, and ingredients as needed while staying within budgetary constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
