Senior Architect - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are currently hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design and construction, as well as a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer software programs
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve contractor bids, change orders, and other project-related documents
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Lithuania
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
