We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, and using various welding techniques to create strong and durable metal structures. Your work will primarily involve joining or cutting metal parts using heat and pressure.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Welder and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have excellent knowledge of different welding techniques and materials, as well as good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications for the project
- Operate welding equipment such as gas torches, arc welders, and plasma cutters
- Select appropriate welding technique based on the materials being used
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces by grinding or scraping before welding
- Join metal parts together using various techniques such as TIG, MIG, or stick welding
- Monitor the temperature of the welded parts to ensure they do not overheat or warp
- Inspect welded structures for quality assurance and make necessary repairs if needed
- Follow all safety procedures while working with hot metals and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledgeable in different welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, stick welding etc.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical dexterity to work with small tools and parts in tight spaces
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working with hot metals

Salary: 1200$

Contract job: This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
