Handyman - General Maintenance and Repair Technician


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Mauren, specializing in general maintenance and repair. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to maintaining and repairing buildings, facilities, and equipment. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry work, and other tasks as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs or maintenance from residents or building management
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities performed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper safety procedures at all times while performing duties

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Experience with general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry work, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. The salary for this position is $1200 per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, some flexibility may be required based on project needs.
