Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances
- Perform minor repairs on walls, doors, and other structures
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with tenants/residents to address any maintenance concerns or requests
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols while completing tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in general maintenance or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants/residents in a professional manner
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
