Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Nizwa. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating with staff and handling administrative tasks
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for the office
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed
- Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees
- Handle employee onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure proper functioning of office technology
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HR functions is a plus
Salary: $1600/month
Location: Nizwa, Oman (candidates of Indian nationality preferred)
