Machine Operator - Nairobi, Kenya (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machinery to produce high-quality products. This role requires someone with experience in machine operation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as necessary
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain production logs and records accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (candidates who are currently residing in Nairobi or willing to relocate are preferred)

Accommodation: This position does not provide accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing.
