We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have experience operating various types of machinery and be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of safety procedures. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment in order to meet production goals. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, but visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery
- Maintain production logs and records
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in another language is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
