Surveyor - Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Surveyor to join our team in Bansko. As a Property Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate valuations of various properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of properties to determine their value using various methods such as physical inspections, data analysis, and comparative market analysis
- Prepare detailed reports on property valuations for clients
- Recommend appropriate pricing for properties based on market trends and analysis
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and developers to gather necessary information for accurate valuations
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to property valuation
- Provide expert advice to clients on property investments and sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or Property Valuation Specialist
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one for working in Bansko
