Senior Level Developer - Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying complex software applications according to client specifications. You will also mentor and lead junior developers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Mentor and lead junior developers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Proven experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Please note that this job does not require English proficiency or offer accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Russia.
