Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indians Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Mauren. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales by building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Identify and understand client needs in order to offer appropriate solutions
- Promote company products and services to potential clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat platforms, email systems, and social media
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Own valid visa for working in Mauren

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, remote work
