We are in search of a creative and skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for commercial buildings based on the client's requirements and budget.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of the project.
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the designs are functional and cost-effective.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of the project and address any concerns or changes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations for commercial buildings.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
