Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Sharjah, UAE)

Our five-star hotel in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our international cuisine kitchen team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, overseeing food preparation, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring exceptional quality and presentation of all dishes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge and experience with international cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1300/month (tax-free)

This is a contract position for a duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension. Candidates from Pakistan or African countries are encouraged to apply, however all nationalities are welcome.
