Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Salalah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Salalah. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items if requested
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with table turnover

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (Malayalam is an added advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with excellent customer service skills

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
