Babysitter for Busy Family in Chelyabinsk

We are a busy family in need of a reliable and experienced babysitter to care for our children while we are at work. The ideal candidate will have a love for children and be patient, responsible, and trustworthy. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Help with homework and assist with educational activities
- Plan and organize creative, fun, and educational activities
- Change diapers, bathe, and dress young children when needed
- Keep an organized schedule of daily activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Good communication skills in order to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities at once
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
- Flexibility with scheduling as some evenings or weekends may be required

Preferred:
- Fluency in English or Russian (depending on the nationality of the candidate)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working as a tutor or teacher
