Waiter/Waitress


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Washington. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with grace and efficiency
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and server station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented approach with great attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

Salary:
This is a temporary position with an hourly wage of $1800. The salary may increase based on performance.
