Merchandiser (Fashion Retail)- Gujrat, Pakistan



As a Merchandiser for our fashion retail store in Gujrat, Pakistan, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating product lines to meet customer demand and achieve sales goals. You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality merchandise that meets our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify new product opportunities
- Collaborate with buyers to select products and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment or clearance
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products and attract customers
- Communicate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide product training as needed
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in fashion retail
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in Pakistan
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
