Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial budgeting and scheduling to project completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and monitor project budgets
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities including costs, schedules, materials used, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams

Salary: 1700$
