Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review and approve design plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Mentor and train junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or management
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
