Librarian



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Librarian to join our team at the Eschen Public Library. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and information requests, and organizing events and programs to promote literacy and education within the community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of library systems and technology

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials
- Assist patrons with research, reference inquiries, and locating materials
- Plan and coordinate events and programs for patrons of all ages
- Maintain the library's physical space by ensuring it is clean, organized, and accessible for all users
- Collaborate with other librarians to develop new services or improve existing ones
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, resources, and trends in the library field
- Provide recommendations for new materials to add to the collection based on patron needs

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage and accommodation.

Location:
Eschen is a beautiful city located in northern Liechtenstein. It offers a high standard of living with easy access to nature, cultural events, and excellent public transportation. As an international candidate, no knowledge of English is required for this position.
