Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Khor



A retail store in Al-Khor is seeking a Merchandiser to join their team. This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that the store displays are visually appealing and products are stocked and displayed according to company standards. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a Merchandiser, preferably in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that attract and engage customers
- Ensure that products are stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Communicate with vendors regarding new products, promotions, and marketing materials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar
