As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a profitable business. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control strategies
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are an asset)
