We are in need of a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as loaders to load materials onto trucks or other conveyors. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient job completion.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience operating loaders and be familiar with safety regulations and procedures. You must also have good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders to load materials onto trucks or other conveyors
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient job completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (with possibility of extension)
