Hotel Sales Manager - Las Vegas

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships through networking, sales calls, and attending industry events
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national residing in Las Vegas or willing to relocate on their own visa
- No prior experience required, but a background in hospitality or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule as this position may require some evening or weekend work
