Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and achieve targets within deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of hotel industry trends, market analysis, and sales techniques
- Biometric passport for international travel is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have prior experience working without accommodation
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
Location:
This position is based in Lahore. However, candidates from other cities within Pakistan are also welcome to apply.
