Excavator Operator



We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used for excavating, trenching, and grading. The ideal candidate should have previous experience operating excavators and possess a valid license for the same.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, loading/unloading materials, and clearing debris
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the supervisor
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as greasing, changing fluids, and replacing worn parts
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of daily activities and report progress to the supervisor
- Adhere to project timelines and meet productivity targets set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction or related field
- Valid driver's license for operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safe operation practices for excavators and other heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills for working effectively with team members

Salary:
Compensation for this full-time position is $1500 per month.

Visa & Travel:
The company will provide free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements for the selected candidate.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The selected candidate is expected to arrange their own housing.
