Gardener in El-Ain, Kenya

We are currently hiring a skilled gardener to join our team in El-Ain, Kenya. As a gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and landscapes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning and fertilizing flowers, plants and trees
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging and weeding
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Propagating new plants from seeds or cuttings
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time with flexible working hours including weekends
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plant care techniques including watering, pruning, fertilizing, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Valid visa for working in El-Ain or willingness to obtain one with our sponsorship
