Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Jeddah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating new and innovative menus, and managing the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new and exciting menus that appeal to our diverse clientele
- Ensure that all dishes meet high quality standards and are presented in a visually appealing manner
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency in food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment that complies with food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create new menus while also maintaining popular dishes on the menu
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
Salary: 1700$ per month
