Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. Our restaurant specializes in authentic Indian cuisine, and we are looking for a talented individual who is knowledgeable about Indian culture and cuisine, as well as experienced in managing a successful restaurant.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing staff to ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high quality standards and authentic flavors in our dishes. You will also be responsible for creating and updating menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in Indian cuisine. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a diverse team of employees. Excellent communication skills are also essential in order to maintain positive relationships with both staff and customers.

In addition to your managerial duties, you will also be expected to monitor finances and ensure that the restaurant is profitable. This includes setting budgets, managing costs, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

As this position requires working with Indian cuisine, knowledge of Indian culture and cuisine is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate who is passionate about learning about new cultures.

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided. This is a full-time position with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
