Restaurant Manager - Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy establishment in the beautiful city of Utena. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff training and development, inventory management, and financial performance. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. A degree in business or hospitality management is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$, plus benefits such as accommodation and potential for growth within the company.
