Part-time Office Assistant in Mombasa, Kenya
We are a fast-paced office in Mombasa, Kenya looking for a part-time office assistant to join our team. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. You will also assist with organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time job.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office operations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position based in our office in Mombasa, Kenya. The working hours will be 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Friday. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
