Administrative Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to improve productivity
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Manage budgets, expenses, and office inventory
- Maintain accurate records of office activities, including employee attendance and performance evaluations
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed for business operations
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Experience managing a team is preferred
