Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests for guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor guest requests and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of local attractions and activities
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
