Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, open to Indian nationals who are proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve construction plans, materials, and methods to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Oversee the recruitment and management of construction staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software
