Architectural Designer


We are in search of a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative architectural plans and models that meet the needs and preferences of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with other architects, engineers, and clients to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design development
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Remish, but we welcome applicants from all over the world. Candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary.

Preference:
This job is suitable for both men and women. We also welcome Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
