Computer Support Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Your duties will include installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and software, as well as providing assistance with any technical issues or questions that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
• Train clients on how to use new or updated computer systems/software.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Jerusalem. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are currently living in Jerusalem or willing to relocate.
