Pastry Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Herzliya. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the pastry kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats according to recipes and customer requests
- Decorate pastries using various techniques to ensure an attractive presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs or assistants
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menus and coordinate dessert offerings with main courses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing desserts that are both visually appealing and delicious
- Ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with other kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary: 1200$
Location: Herzliya, Israel (Open to Indian candidates)
Language requirements: English fluency (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
