We are hiring a skilled Painter to join our team in Vilnius! As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your main task will be to provide high-quality painting services to our clients while ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to protect them from paint
- Remove fixtures such as doorknobs or light switches before painting and replace them after the paint has dried
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect finished work for any imperfections and make necessary touch-ups
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Painter
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills in English (optional)
- Biometric passport (optional for foreigners)
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
